Hyway (used to be Easysaw) is a Taiwanese manufacturer and found in 2008 mainly specializing in high-end quality of small engine cylinders. To maintain our consistent product quality, we cooperate with a group of professional factories and focus on every single detail in design and production. Besides, more and more production and inspection machines are purchased every year for the pursuit of endless quality improvement which is one of major differences among our competitors.

Hyway is also our own brand that has been well recognized as the symbol for quality of cylinder. In order to serve more customers and meet the needs, we have started providing all related parts for the products of Husqvarna, Makita, Dolmar, Partner, and Stihl, including chainsaw, brush cutter, mower…etc.

We provide both OEM and ODM services to satisfy different needs worldwide, and what we offer are not just the products but also 100 % satisfaction-driven after-sales services as well as necessary assistances in all aspects.

History

• 2008 Company established with a team of 3 people and a 300m2factory in Changhwa County.
  Products included a set of chrome cylinder and some other small parts.

• 2009 3more people joined the team and four types of cylinder development completed.
  Techniques adopted for electro-plated ceramic cylinder and four new cylinders developed.
  Brand name Hyway published.

• 2010 The department of cylinder casting set up and gravity casting techniques adopted with the technical assistance by the chairman of the board of Taiwan Casting Association.
  18 cylinders and more than 300 items of related parts available.

• 2011 The facility expanded to990m2with the purchase of 5 sets of hole-grinding machine for the purpose quality control and cost effectiveness (no longer outsourcing).
  The member of the work team came to 12.

• 2012 CNC processing factory was purchased for factory processing instead of outsourced processing.
  32 cylinders and more than 500 items of parts available.

• 2013 Started business with a number of well-known companies, including Meteor in Italy, HL Supply in the U.S. and Bailey’s in the U.S., etc.

• 2014 More equipment of cylinder casting purchased and a big number of toolings developed for dramatic order increase.
  New and bigger factory used in current location due to massive purchase orders.
  54 cylinders available.

• 2015 Four sets of CNC machine purchased in order to increase production capacity. Annual capacity for cylinder was 120,000 pcs.
  Started business with Stens in the U.S.

• 2016 A number of inspection equipment purchased for better product quality while the production line was partly becoming automatic.
  More than 1, 000 items of parts and accessories available.

• 2017 In 2017, we launched high-compression modified cylinders and pistons.
  The pop-up series pistons received a great praise from the market so that the other manufacturers followed to copy.

• 2018 In 2018, we purchased new inspection equipments, such as Vickers hardness tester, 1000 times optical microscope and Metallographic inspection equipment etc.

• 2019 In 2019, we purchased the additional 3-dimensional inspection equipment in order to ensure the precision test for each processing size.

• 2020 In 2020, we officially launched the Titanikel cylinder, which is a revolutionary improvement.
  Compare to ordinary Nikasil cylinders, the cylinders with Titanikel has been tested and showed the percentage of the durability can increase by more than 30%.
